Tree House, Bamboo cottages, Luxury cottages and the Suite are prepared to welcome you. We are situated in Kolagappara in Wayanad. We are situated amidst a beautiful lush green spice-garden of about 10 acres in a place named Kolagappara (the rock that has the shape of a ‘Kolaggam’ or measuring vessel) The spice garden enjoys an amicable climate, with the average minimum dropping to around 10 Degree Centigrade while the maximum rarely exceeds 30 Degree Centigrade even in summers.

They are having 5 types of cottages –Tree house,villas,bamboo house, family suites, luxury cottages we are having guest from many parts of the world and from all the parts of our own country .we are getting a very good remarks from the guest stayed with us ease of reaching this property , aesthetic echo friendly cottages, children’s park ,indoor –outdoor games , conference hall , ayurvedic facilities ,mini lake with boating, they are also having a stream in our property where guest can have fishing as well as stream bath, spices garden flower garden, medicinal plants, orchids and special honeymoon cottages we also give food and accommodation for groups up to 100 members at a time.
